Leslie graduated from Cornell University in 1987 with a BS in Human Development and received her additional BS in Physical Therapy in 1989 from New York University. Leslie has worked in all types of physical therapy settings and in all disciplines. Her goal is to maximize function and to improve the quality of people’s lives. While working at Piedmont Hospital’s Outpatient Physical Therapy department, Leslie developed the orthotics program for Piedmont Hospital.
In 1995 she established Atlanta Orthotics and has made thousands of custom foot orthotic arch supports for all kinds of clients. Leslie has treated players from multiple professional sports teams, including the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Florida Marlins and the Atlanta Glory, as well as performers for Cirque du Soleil and various college and high school athletes throughout the Atlanta Metro area.
Leslie is an avid runner and active volunteer in the community, particularly with The Autism Foundation of Georgia. Leslie also has three teenage kids who keep her busy with sports, ballet and theater.
