While a doctor’s referral is not necessary, it is helpful to see what your doctor has requested for you. Also, a doctor’s referral is necessary if you would like to send the claim to your insurance company.
Each insurance policy is different and coverage can vary depending on your diagnosis and other factors. We suggest you contact your insurance company to verify coverage, deductibles and any possible restrictions. Payment is required upon receipt of orthotics and you will be issued a bill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Yes, we see people by appointment only.
It is suggested that you bring or wear appropriate clothing for the examination: shorts, trunks or loose-legged pants. Please also bring the shoes you wear for various activities (work, leisure, fitness).
Your orthotics will be ready for fitting in your shoes approximately two weeks after your initial evaluation. We can also rush order orthotics for an additional fee.
Some orthotics may need refurbishment over their lifetime but most orthotics are guaranteed for life against breakage.
Yes, night and weekend appointments are available.
